You’ll need a swimsuit, towel, sandals, and a water bottle. Make sure to arrive well hydrated!

The sauna is a sacred, safe, and clean space. Please keep out all food, beverages, lotions, and substances. Remove jewelry prior to using the sauna

There is a 15 minute window in between sessions. Arrive a bit early to get settled.

This sauna has a tiny spot to change or come in your suit!

We do have hooks in the changing area for you to use, but space is limited so please be mindful.

The guide is there to make sure everything runs smoothly and to help you enjoy the experience to its fullest. We will keep the fire hot, answer questions, walk you through a typical sauna cycle of hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, and repeat.

To get the most out of your sauna experience we recommend hydrating prior to coming. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and not eating too close to your session. Once you arrive a guide will check you in and give you some tips on getting started. You’ll grab a towel and head in to enjoy the heat (usually 180°F - 200°F) for about 10 - 20 minutes. Remember to always listen to your body. Taking a break when it feels right for you is completely ok and recommended. Next, you’ll get to enjoy some cold! Depending on the season and where Fox & Flame is located, you’ll be able to enjoy the cold via a dip in the beautiful Lake Michigan, a cold dip in an ice bath, a cold shower, or maybe just relaxing in the cool outside air. When ready, allow yourself time to rest and rehydrate prior to starting the cycle over again. Remember that everyone is different and what your body needs can change each time you join us. A typical session allows for 2-4 cycles.

We understand that life happens and you might need to reschedule.
We will accommodate rescheduling and refunds 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Less than 24 hours cancellation is non-refundable.
We do not refund “no-shows”
